Before that software will do you any good, you must install it. 

	We can require you to enter certain information.	else we will not let you proceed.
	We can request that you enter additional information	else we will not let you proceed.
	We can require you to have internet access:	After all, we did not give you current data.  For that, you will have to download from the internet
	We can automatically get lots of other information when access the internet.	(either at time of installation or time of use.)
